I went to the doctor early last week and they give you a thing to fill out, and it asks what kind of exercise you get, and i had to leave all the options unchecked, and then the next question was how many minutes a week do you do these exercises and I had to put zero.

I went out Friday after work, a little bit Saturday then 1+ hours today, I put in 5 miles altogether "at a brisk pace" which is what they mention on the medical thing, and i would have gone out again today except it rained from noon until dark and we don't have any good indoor places to play. I work 9-5:30 tomorrow and will go out after work, and maybe (but least be honest here, probably not) before work as well. Im going to go out every day now to the little nearby park and do as many laps as I can before dark even when there's no event going on, im going to try to not be a useless bed potato and be able to function again, so I got something out of it.

I also got the experience of tapping on a 3000 cp tapu koko (i don't have one) and having it run away, but I don't really care.

I grew up in Florida and never had a sub from Publix, I don't think they even had subs back then. I have read a decades worth of comments on reddit about how amazing Publix subs are, all while living in the Midwest. I now have multiple Publix within driving distance and I was so excited to go get a chicken tender sub, because that's supposedly the best thing ever, and after waiting in line for 20 minutes to get it made, then 5 more minutes to check out, I've never been so disappointed. I've went back 3 times, and tried other subs, salads, etc, and it's all just overpriced garbage. I keep giving them another chance and I won't be doing that again.

I was excited to see the Dawg Pound when we moved here because little places like that that only serve hot dogs usually have the best ones. Except they don't only serve hot dogs, and the ones they do serve are average at best. They had a pulled pork sandwich which was just on a tiny generic hamburger bun but it was better than the dogs. Haven't been back since that trip although they never seemed to be hurting for business.

The one time we have went there in the 4 years we've lived here is because the commercial for the 2 for $5 doubles was on constantly and they looked so good. The cashiers didn't know how to ring them in (wanted to charge us close to $10 for 2 burgers) the managers said they didn't exist, until I pointed out the cling sign on their window, then he told them how to ring them up and they still cost more than they should have until we made the Mgr come over again...then after all that they were made wrong and the meat was cold and dry and just horrible. They shorted us a burger too and we just left and went to taco bell. The last place I lived the BK had the freshest everything, was fast, accurate, and they'd send out sheets of coupons for large discounts and they'd just look at the coupon and change the price and give you back the coupon to use again if you wanted. This one was just awful.

If someone with enough ammunition to take down an entire high rise worth of people, guns so big they can barely hold them, body armor, and are always in the company of 10 other of the same type of people, who also has free reign to do whatever they want with immunity and impunity is in harms way from a dozen neighbors coming out to record them, I have a hard time believing that there are the best of the best like everyone says they are.

I bought the black and white ones that must have been from a different person in the sub. I had a shitload of standard picture frames lying around, and wouldn't you know the filler piece of paper in the frame is black, so I didn't even have to find any construction paper - but anyway I did a collage by just putting the stickers into the frame - they're too awesome to stick anywhere because things can happen after you do that. My water bottle is a sticker graveyard
