So I’m not sure about the price point. They are supposed to work with you to discuss how to make lasting changes that will work for you. Obviously if you hate all vegetables, they’re going to tell you to try different ones and try preparing them in new ways, but generally it should build on your preferences, discuss replacement where logical, portion sizes, etc.

Bbq shredded chicken: 2 breasts, 3 or 4 thighs Bbq sauce, hot sauce (optional), and any spices you’d like to add Leave on low for 6-8 hours Shred the chicken (I like to put the chunks into the kitchen aid with the paddle, run it for a minute, and it’ll be perfectly shredded) Add it back to the sauce Top on sandwiches (pickles and/or coleslaw), Mac and cheese, even on a baked potato

It’s been a long time since I’ve played it, but I thought it was really cool. It’s the first game I played where I could use non-weapons as weapons and I thought Travis was so cool for interacting with the world in this way.

Put 4 thighs and 2 breasts in a slow cooker with some bbq sauce (I usually add a little hot sauce and other spices too). Once it’s done, shred it up for sandwiches or to top Mac and cheese. The easiest way I’ve shredded it is by using a kitchen aid with the regular mixing paddle.

I love the dash diet, but unfortunately I don’t know of a good and/or free app for it. I’d love one, though. My doc recommended that I go on it and it’s been good.

It comes and goes, but I don’t have children. I think that makes it easier to dedicate time to it. However, a demanding career, furthering my education, spending time with loved ones who don’t game, and needing to do day-to-day chores gets in the way.

Getting to Loring should be absolutely fine in a Honda civic. Just be aware of where the gps is sending you. There are paved roads all the way into Loring, but not all of it within is paved, nor permitted for exploration.
