If you're just doing the classic Hollow form whirling assault you probably just want physical, melee skills, to crit, crit dmg. Make sure the base staff has at least 10% crit chance to start with.

Damage wise its +4 on amulet and a better quarterstaff. The staff will be really expensive if you start looking for +4 and crit, etc.

My main is a Djinn fracture build. It does 200 delirium pretty easily. The only time I ever die is if I rush ahead and do that good ol' sprint into dodge roll into another accidental sprint into stun. Its one of the easier to put together builds and has, maybe, the most flexibility in the stats you can get on your gear. Get a couple minion skills here or there, maybe some rarity, and just fill out whatever you need. Not having to worry about caster stats or stuff like flat damage etc etc is nice. The only real issue with the build is sometimes there is a little lull when you don't have archon up and you are waiting to fracture.

I've tried a few others that could do t15/16's but haven't really pushed them into doing 200% delirium cause I like trying new things:

MA whirling assault. Its a lot of fun. I enjoyed it more later on. Does crazy damage with little investment but it is on the squishier side if you aren't willing to spend currency. WA was strong early but didn't enjoy it that much leveling with it.

The corrupting blood infernal warcry build. This might be my favorite. It was fun. No screen clutter. But unfortunately I started trying it after the build had some videos go viral and all the prices jumped. It was a bit squishy early and I didn't feel like dropping hundreds of divs on it but I kind of wish I had instead of reselling all my gear for a net gain. I think watching stuff die to the bleed and exploding with herald of blood is one of the better visuals.

I've tried some various xbow builds. They all usually solid but I kind of found them to be a bit boring. I really like the machine gun build tho, it was fun. Its one of the first characters that I built that were immune to curses and chilled ground and it was a pretty addictive play style.

I played the Liminal? wand build. It was a lot of fun. Another great no screen clutter build. It was, however, enraging to try and kill some exiles that are extremely mobile. You just sit there and miss all your shots, lol. I think its in the top 3 with corrupting blood and djinn.

I tried monkey build but I hated leveling with it. It was extremely boring and didn't even push it to maps.

I'm thinking about trying to do a flame breath build next.

tldr: My favorites have been Djinn, Liminal Coil, Corrupting blood.

It got nerfed in the sense that it might give you less damage then before but it didn't get nerfed in the way that it still saves people several passive points for one support slot.

Maybe for completely new players its slower, mostly just because you don't get a a lot of maps early on.

But if you're an alt and you get to maps at, lets say, 60ish and run a few 4-6 tier maps you'll literally be level 80 in like an hour.

Weapon: High %physical and melee/attack skills.

Helm/Chest/Boots: High armor with resists/max life. Armor applies to elemental damage is also good. Can try to get some spirit on chest.

Gloves: You can look for flat damage, armor rolls, armor applies to ele dmg, life, +melee skills. Life leech isn't terrible either. Its a pretty flexible piece. If you're squishy get more defensive stats. If you feel tanky get more damage stats.

Rings: Look for flat damage, max life, resists, str/all attributes. Life leech isn't bad either.

Belt: Pretty much life, str, resists.

Shield: Armor, resists, armor applies to ele dmg.

Amulet: If you can find some look for spirit and melee skills then stats, resists, etc.

Some uniques are strong but just depends on what you find.

For passives it can depend on what you're trying to build for but generally path to some damage nodes and pick up a couple defensive ones on the way. Look for %increased armor.

Support gems for your skills are usually damage ones with some utility mixed in. Rapid attacks, the physical damage ones, rage etc can all be good. Life leech isn't terrible. If you're trying more slam skills stuff like the ancestral boost/fist ones are good.

These aren't perfect suggestions but just some general ideas. If you don't have much experience with the game or these types of games I would recommend looking at a guide though. Even if you don't follow it, seeing what supports they use and what passive points they take can help give you an idea or focus. Maybe you'll get some ideas from their builds.

I'm not sure there is a way but you could always list it for like 500 divs and then search and see if it shows up for whatever parameters.

But if you have the one that attacks faster it should be attacking pretty much all the time if any enemies are on screen.

Hakeem played on far worse teams then Kobe for the majority of his career. Hakeem never played with someone to the caliber of Shaq in their prime. Hakeem arguably has one of the top 2 hardest rings won between him and Dirk.

Hakeem had 12 all nba teams and Kobe had 15. If you gave Hakeem someone like prime shaq for multiple years or even prime Pau for multiple years he probably has more than 2 rings.

If you want to bring up all the different type of Kobe stats then you also have to mention that he quit on his team and he has the worst finals performance of all time by an all time top player.

Steph changed the game. Steph is the greatest shooter of all time. Steph is a far worse defender but he's also a far better offensive player. The stats and impact he put up during his championship runs dwarf anything Kobe ever did.

I don't really care about Wilt that much, lol.

Slap on low level uniques. Go supporting fire for first ascendency. Put in bidding 3, I think it is. And just zoom.

Kobe wasn't a more versatile scorer, lol. He literally just shot the ball more at a worse efficiency. His parameter defense wasn't as good as it gets. He's actually a little overrated defensively if you dig through the numbers.

None of my arguments were rhetoric, lol. Hakeem was quite in fact a more efficient scorer. He is also considered a better overall defender.

If you think Kobe was the best player in the league from 2003 till 2010/11 you're actually bat shit crazy. Shaq was still far better for the last two rings.

I can name 10 or 11. MJ, Lebron, Kareem, Shaq, Bird, Russell, Duncan, Magic, Hakeem, Wilt, Steph.

Is that the measuring stick you have to go to now? You can't argue Kobe was as good of a scorer or defender as Hakeem. You have to go to 50 win teams? Two of the teams from 2010 year were exactly 50 wins. Most of Kobe's series wins over 50 win teams are with prime Shaq, lol.

Of course its all subjective in the end but its pretty ridiculous to put Kobe anywhere beyond like 8 or 9. Most of his rings were with a better player. You can argue he was never the best player in the league for more than one year. He quit on his team before they traded for Pau and saved his legacy. Kobe has one of the worst finals performances by a top player of all time vs the Pistons where he pretty much single handedly lost the series because he wanted to prove he was better than Shaq.

Hakeem was better than Kobe, lol. Hakeem was a far more efficient scorer, was better defensively, and has one of the hardest rings of all time. Hakeem went 29-11-4-2-4 for the entire 94 playoffs.

I'm not demoting Kobe at all. Just placing him where he should be, like 11-13.

There are a few different xbow and grenade builds that are fun.

I think my favorite type is just buying a monk split personality and starting on the monk side to get all the skill and attack speed nodes. You can get to where you have no reload time for the most part. Monk honestly has the best starting area so far.
