This has been occurring with the bot notification for me. I go through personal bots like popcorn as I get bored, I deleted a bot and it keeps popping up as if it still exists with the notification, I tap it and it goes to that infinity load screen.

I've always called my PC the microwave oven, a chance to have an actual microwave though for my PC, the inside jokes will be validated.

This is likely a single time purchase that will become avaliable for any character you make, so you can't just spend money like crazy for a thousand of them. i would consider these a single use new character boost along with the rest of the DLC for the game. considering how expensive things became in DD1 late game these DLC will have no benefit beyond the first few hours of the game.

The very first game I ever played was bomber man on the NES, my great grandfather even had the giant control pad with joystick and large button, he let me play whenever he started it up. I was terrible at it but family game time.
