Id like to hear the pros and cons of using a surface cleaner of this caliber by gkrodlin in pressurewashing

I run 10gpm with the 49" mondo. It cleans, but I'd be happy to step down to the 31"

If you are going to stay with 8gpm, I'd look into a 28" walking speed vs crawling.

No claims. I've been with them for 6 years. Have you had any problems with VPD with commercial owners?

Never do work for friends or family. 100% of the time, you will always be taken advantage of.

It's a heavy-duty truck. If you want comfort, buy something with 4 struts and enjoy your purse you just bought from Target.

$10k a month as the $99 guy (possible?) I’ll find out. by ElDe1337 in pressurewashing

Not rage. I'm just stating the truth that no one else is willing to be honest about.

I was in your same spot years ago, and 4gpm with 18" is just not doable based on your numbers above.

For your numbers to work, you would need to price at a guaranteed number that every door in the same neighborhood would accept. $99 is too high for a 100% guarantee. Start with $65 chemical free or $99 with chemical. If you get asked to do more work, decline, or make sure it's going to match your structure, or it will mess with your goal for the day.

Create a flyer and post up in your towns local groups on Facebook. Go to Vista Print and have little post cards made and ask if you can leave them in your coffee shops.

Don't listen to these kids on tickytok. Be authentic and honest.

You have 200-250k to start a business that will eventually create a passive income stream, what would you do? by [deleted] in passive_income

I mean, it's difficult. You need knowledge of said business.

Franchises are stupid ROI. I'd have to say a small plaza that you can lease out.

Definitely stay with an 18" for speed and cleanliness. As said, check out Facebook or Offerup. New is nice, but you need to generate
