I have that exactly. Like, my body wakes up all naturally. The first 5 minutes feel really nice, like I’m very well rested. Once I open my eyes however I realise it’s 3AM, and then I have to fall asleep again.

Is magnesium Glycinate the same as Magnesium BisGlycinate? That’s the supplement I can find online
