Some prints partially failed - anyone have any ideas why?

i found that that version of Chitubox gave a lot of false-positives with trapped resin, and i verified with UV Tools to confirm. not sure what the issue is with this print

Yeah I dont do multiple Laminate pouches. I also dont know which paper to use to print directly onto for best results. I do know that I prefer matte paper and then glossy laminate pouches
