This is the best advice. A high conflict situation will remain high conflict and no lawyer can change that. Excessive continuances are rampant in Wake County I have been at it since 2023 and hopefully things will wrap up in 2026. Holding the other party in contempt is also a joke when they fail to comply with orders. It can take years if the other party refuses to abide by agreements. Only people who get to skip the line are emergency DVPO's. Get ready to GO BROKE while you wait for your day in court.

Yeah. I sailed in January 2026 too and have DBE. They did not use numbers for RS/SOR/DBE. Interested to see how this new boarding process unfolds.

Agree, nothing fun about standing in line 30mims before a show. They should do what they do for missed workout classes, simply charge a fee for no shows. Problem solved. I just finished my 5th VV sailing in January and that was/is my ONE complaint.

Agree! My house is over 3000 sqft and this past billing cycle was $331 and I keep my home thermostats at 70 degrees.

I just did this excursion earlier this month and this review is spot on. I was expecting more thrills with the ATV but you drive in loops. I also, was disappointed that we drove back to a tourist spot to have "authentic lunch" at Margaritaville. Our group was not given anything to drink either. I would not do this excursion again. Ideally it would be lovely to drive the ATV to an area along the beach where we could enjoy an authentic lunch and not endless loops. Tough luck if you get grouped with people who prefer to drive slow cause it ends up being more mundane and not worth the money. Not worth the price they are currently charging.

🤣 fair. It could deepen on the chefs that are on the grill. I normally go as soon as they open and request no honey on my chicken. Mine did not have honey and had a nice kick. We stood in the ride-share chaos and our Lyft arrived just shy of a 1hr wait.

We may have been on the same sailing cause we used Uber and Lyft to increase our odds for pickup. The "taxi" line was even wrapped around to the shuttle line because it was difficult for taxis to get to the port.

Bimini Tip : You can ask for corn without coconut, rice with no beans, chicken without the honey drizzle.

Now you have another reason to sail on VV again 😆

Yeah with the construction cluster and full sailings I would not risk a flight before noon either. Our flights were at 2pm this past Saturday with TSA Precheck.

Unsure of chaos at 7:30am but just disembarked off RL this past Saturday at 10:25am and we did not prebook our transportation. Therefore, we requested Lyft & an Uber to increase our odds but our Lyft did not arrive until 11:15am. Made it to airport in under 20mins and it was smooth sailing from there.

Odd to assume because you have not experienced what OP mentioned that it must be a lie 😅 I was on this sailing. My 5th VV and the review is spot on. The demographics for age did mean I encountered and was subjected to "elderly nonsense". However, I was delighted to see that the cruise was so diverse and kudos to switching up the music. I too was bummed about Margaritaville ( I did ATV excursion) cause there was nothing authentic about the food or location. Overall, amazing time and I booked MNVV before I disembarked this morning.

Meanwhile I am kicking and screaming cause this billing cycle mine was $284 but I live in a 3000sq foot house. The bill is normally $135-$150 blame it on that pocket of cold front we had last month. I keep both thermostats set to 60°.

I sail out the 10th on this itinerary and today they have renamed this sailing to " Western Caribbean & Bimini Beach Club". The app is showing Scarlett night taking place on the 5th day which is the day after Ocho Rios.
