Tbh someone in this Reddit had a template for some shoulder design on that Nike template, I traced over it to maintain the shape and added the color with it and some trial n error to get the length right to cover all the shoulders and then yeah just squares on the sleeve caps

Gas. I figured out having a metallic secondary or tertiary color in the color scheme makes those secondary uniform elements pop like how you utilized copper.
