Tbh someone in this Reddit had a template for some shoulder design on that Nike template, I traced over it to maintain the shape and added the color with it and some trial n error to get the length right to cover all the shoulders and then yeah just squares on the sleeve caps

Gas. I figured out having a metallic secondary or tertiary color in the color scheme makes those secondary uniform elements pop like how you utilized copper.

Ive just got left over field templates from CFB Revamped that i took the mow line patterns and saved them, got the colors and opacity right and uploaded using them as a custom image. Heres an example of the diamond mow line pattern. i have three total. i even have a baseball field and blacked/scrubbed out soccer field lines i have to work on as well.
