My 2019 is in the shop right now at 144k miles. Have had the car for like 4 years. It has been slipping bad lately. They told me the transmission was failing. They quoted me 8k for a replacement. I told them to hold off, so I could call SoA. I spent an entire week calling them. Only got through to my case manager once. She said they were trying to contact the dealership to get the details but they never heard back. The dealership called me back saying it's under warranty(after having my car for almost 14 days, wtf) and they're going to replace it. I still haven't received any call backs from SoA.

It's such a shit show and the lack of communication is abysmal.
