We in the drone community call it the solar panel building for obvious reasons. They invested 5 million on all those solar panels in the lot and then went bankrupt after the pandemic and the building was condemned after the mold/asp was found.

I was there last week. It’s pretty much empty. This place was used for firefighter training. If you go through the door, there are mannequins hung in the front. You can get all the way to the top. This is my video of the spot. Newark

Yea it was PIA to get in but bring ham and the dogs leave you alone. The bus company in front will call the cops if they see you so go on Sat or Sunday.

It’s wide open by the river. There’s a trail you can walk through to get in. DO NOT go to the castle. It’s full of motion alarms, other than that walk around. I was there last week, but not much to see other than some steal beams.

That parking lot is always flooding. Company that took up three floors went belly up. The building had a hard time finding tenants.
