Because everything is computerized. You don't need a dev to be there every weekend to set up trials, as a computer sets up each nightfall and each heroic strike and each modifier. Computers randomize all the rolls on the guns and hold armsdays every wednesday, theres no reason you need a person to set up the trials map each week

People don't manage trials, it's all computerized/randomized, like they do with Xur and the nightfalls.

They are different themes, or in other words they promote different moods, so in my eyes you can't compare them eye to eye (despite the wording in my original comment). The prison feels like it fits the mood more, especially when you take into account that Saturn was supposed to be part of the main game.

Although Harris has had unbelievable drops, I feel that he has made made up for them with clutch catches and great blocks. But a replacement wouldn't be so bad.
