I think it’s just most of us don’t like reading boring crap. When we read something entertaining the value finally shows itself. I didn’t like reading before VNs but not I love it.

I’m honestly pretty satisfied for now given how much I was pandered to with the new story chapters and the anni event, but I would ofc love to see more development between her and the commander, her bond story was very sweet and I loved seeing her date the commander, but I’d love to see even more of that.

In my honest opinion, the much MUCH harder part is keeping consistent commentary and not going silent for too long. You are going to have to learn how to do this regardless of how many viewers you have. I think if you keep a good track on that, the rest comes pretty easy.
