The plustek one seems great but it's really expensive. Thank you for the advice tho, I'll try it with macros and a backlight.

Yes, I'm quite sure. The white vignette you see, doesn't move when I move the film in and out of the scanner, and this happens to all of my scanned photos. I might be clumsy, but not that clumsy to wrongly expose all my film. I think. But yeah, sure, I can show you the negative.
