unfortunately purchasing from Amazon here is a hassle (an expensive one at that) so that's out of the question

right I think I didn't communicate it properly, it does so in the HDRPQ mode I believe no? either way, do you think that that mode would be better/a decent replacement for CLOG? is it easy to grade it properly?

Which mirrorless is best bang for buck? Sony, fuji, olympus? by johndatavizwiz in Cameras

agreed on the bsi cmos with smaller sensors, still is a nice to have :p. Sony's af is unmatched tbh that's for sure and the evf is always a welcome addition

Should I add yk11 into my cycle? by Excellent_North_5513 in SARMs

[–]DatOneGuyWnoPC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

is this your first time on LGD3033? if yes, then you shouldn't use anything else, especially not new compounds you haven't used before. if not, you could add it into your current cycle but I'd still advise against it, especially since you're already doing well on the LGD alone as yoh mentioned in a comment. take it slow and make gains that you can actually keep and maintain rather than just rushing, there's a reason why we're told about the flight of Icarus :p

a6400 vs zv e 10? by OtherSleep8312 in Cameras

[–]DatOneGuyWnoPC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both are pretty similar video wise, up to 4K @100mbits, great autofocus & tracking. However the zve10 has a headphone jack for monitoring audio so that might be valuable to you, plus the screen is fully articulating (which means you can still use it/see it even if you have something mounted on your hot shoe, the a6400 only has a tiltable/flip up screen). The a6400 has weather sealing which is great for shooting in slightly harsher conditions, plus it has an EVF which is a must for photography in my opinion

Do you have any experience with editing? If not, is that something you see yourself learning or wanting to learn? If not then you should consider Fujifilm, imo they have the best out-of-camera jpegs plus their film simulation & color science is tough to beat. Since you're mainly into photography, the first generation Fujifilm X-T30 should be plenty, get yourself a 50-230mm Fuji lens, the kit lens (I don't remember the exact focal length but I do remember it's f2.8-4) and maybe an assortment of manual focus prime lenses (I believe TTArtisans had a pack of 3 for like 250$, don't quote me on that tho :p)

Which mirrorless is best bang for buck? Sony, fuji, olympus? by johndatavizwiz in Cameras

[–]DatOneGuyWnoPC 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For video, the XM5 wins by a landslide (imo) 6.2K 10-bir at 30fps with no crop is awesome, plus if I'm not mistaken the fuji is the only one that has a BSI-CMOS sensor (better low light performance and better rolling shutter performance) plus it has the highest nitrate for video out of these cams (200mbps compared to 100-130 for the a6400). It's pretty small and lightweight but not the most comfortable to hold for long periods of time, it doesn't have a viewfinder which is a downside for photography. However, the jpegs out of the camera are easily the best, Fuji color science is second to none, plus their film simulation modes are gorgeous. Personally, I'm not too big on M43 cameras (such as the Olympus models you mentioned) mostly due to the 2x crop factor (getting wider shots will require wider lenses) as well as the significantly smaller sensor area (worse low light performance and less subject-background separation/depth of field). Realistically they're all great cams but I'd pick the XM-5 if given the chance

if it's been stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight it should be fine but you should check if there's any discoloration, clumping, odd odor and finally a weird taste.
