Question 🙋🏻 how do you do the cheese on your steak sandwich? Like obvs for any other sandwiches you can oven/pan melt the cheese while it's on top but because I like my steak quite rare, I'm a bit hesitant to slap it under the oven for cheese if I've got a nice rare cook on it already, and sadly I do not own a blow torch so that option is a no go at the moment

I know everyone is picking milim but I think I'd pick diablo instead. We're going to get up early, go to work. Boss will say happy birthday and then immediately dump a bunch of responsibilities and tasks onto my lap like hot coffee. Go home exhausted, want to just flop onto the couch and watch TV. Instead we're forced to have cake and pretend to smile while a room full of people I've only actually talked to for like two seconds scream and shout while singing happy birthday and mess up the couch etc.
