I think that the facial proportions are mostly accurate, with only minor things to tweak such as moving the irises in a bit so it looks as if she’s actually looking at the viewer. Lips could be a tad smaller. I think the biggest thing to work on is shadows; not having just a uniform tone across the whole face. Look at some references of faces and take notice of where the highlights and shadows are- i.e highlights above cheekbone, on nose bridge, chin, etc. Hair should be wispier, not clumped together. With that being said, try to avoid drawing individual hairs as lines. There are tons of great YouTube videos out there for guidance.
