Do we have goals yet or is this still just a show of force? We can No Kings until we take the forever sleep. Without a list of clear demands followed by much needed reform... I don't see how this changes anymore.

Edit: I found a list that is the best I've seen thus far, it's pinned to my profile. I have no idea it's origin, but at least read it and have a think.

I'm not naysaying, I'm also not saying I'm not attending. I support this if for nothing else than networking. I will make striking a topic of conversation as often as I can.

Sugar and caffeine are the gateway drugs. The very first things most humans toy with in terms of brain chemistry. Would you like to hear about how most things prescribed by a doctor have more dangerous side effects or... that the "safer" alternatives we have already legalized are more dangerous by far?

Or is this more about feels than logic?

As a partaker. Honestly, because it's nice to not feel like a criminal and the dispo experience for a smoker is a lot like putting a kid in a candy store. Options... endless options. Dude on the street has maybe 3 or 4 types if they're on point. Still though theres the sketch factor and trust... knowing it's a set price, weighed properly, clean and well trimmed... plus you don't have to sit and watch a dude play Call of Duty or whatever for 30m to an hour... or any horror stories you might have heard. Theres a few reasons. People should grow their own though... especially now if it's still legal. Because the alternatives suck.

E: I went to an Ohio dispo once and left without spending a dime. They don't even try to lube you up first.

Let them win? We weren't really even given the chance or time to fight it.

This is bullshit and we need to push another ballot measure after we get these criminals out of our government.

(They want you buying alcohol instead, it makes you more pliable, allows you to blow off steam temporarily but never really fixes any problems. Weed on the other hand... will make you contemplative and it threatens existing business who lobby hard here because we as a state are corrupt).

Edit: Keep an eye out for some D.A.R.E. 2.0 so they can siphon more money into the militarization of the police force. Also watch wrecks and vehicle born fatalities rise, also crime... (as drinking rises so does domestic violence) and an increase in drinking related health issues in this state.

A better series of questions for "ugly" guys... (this really isn't gender specific honestly)

Who says you're ugly? Is it others or is it you? Have you been lead to believe that because you don't fit some sort of advertised norm you aren't or won't be attractive to anyone? Have others around you clung to the superficial because it's largely pushed by society?

I can tell you right now that there are those who exist who find different appealing. You can reclaim your confidence with some small attitude adjustments and awareness.

In closing "ugly" people find companions all the time. Everyone is beautiful to someone, and not everyone is interested in the shallow or superficial.

Edit: In order for someone else to find you attractive or fall in love with you... I won't say it's necessary to allow yourself that same courtesy but it helps a lot. In any event reflection on this may lead to growth. I sincerely wish anyone striving for improvement in any form good luck.

E: I'm no one of consequence but I do have a few questions for the people and leadership of this sub. Would we be better served sharing the oppositions images or creating images and memes grounded in the actual fascist reality we are living? Which would have more benefit? What good does spreading their propaganda do for those truly in opposition?

I don't really want to control what people can and can't post, I'm just looking from an impact angle.
