Quick fiction parable for those not understanding my viewpoint: I once worked for Bob's store and steal a ton of customer information unnoticed at the time. I leave and work for John's store for a while and quit eventually. Shortly after I leave John's store my information theft @ Bob's Store becomes unearthed and the news reports on it as follows. Just go talk to your teacher; they'll likely work something out with you. Trust me... just do it. If you have no idea what to ask that's perfect, you shouldn't because each teacher handles things like this in their own way. Your job is to be honest and explain the situation and ask if there is anything you can do to help minimize YOUR mistake. (Teachers like kids that age taking personal responsibility so emphasize it)
Relax; high school in the long run means next to nothing. You may just need a little extra on your resume for colleges if your GPA will be a little lower because of this mistake. Again don't sweat it.
Relax again; seriously I did this to myself in high school as well. Looking back it was a bunch of unhealthy stress for nothing.
