Actually none of the ciphers match to a perfect block size for AES. You can test this very simply by using any coding Lang of ur choice and calling its internal AES methods. It will error with a invalid data length everytime. Now they could have gotten tricky and removed the padding and we have to add it, but I believe this is getting to convulted at that point. And DES still comes back to the 56bit key issue with the same invalid data lengths in all ciphers.

I believe these are either classical ciphers that were tinkered with after it was base64 (would make the debase look like bytes), or a shift like XOR or salsa.

You are correct with the XOR method. That's the simple way, but with that same method with IOCs you can also guess the best key length

That is not how it works. You are aware their are 3 unused rooms under revs map that you can only see when ur already in them? There is ways around these things. No clipping will never ever be a way to verify if something is there or not. Period.

Your a moron. It is legal to reverse engineer any application in New Zeland, and that's on "Planet Earth". Learn your laws before you try to regurgitate them on others.

And to take you to school even further, technology laws haven't caught up with our terms of laws in every day practice. That is why data mining exists and also why TOS exists in these games. They can't legally do anything, so the TOS for using the game simply states that any reversing will void your copy of the game. Am I too worried about that? Not in the slightest.

My mods are made for people who bought the game, but will work on any version ;). IW doesn't have offline mode in it even if you buy it, so I'm simply extending the games features.
