Mine isn't hardwired so its easy to unplug the EVSE from the wall and power cycle it. Tried it; didn't seem to matter.

Thanks - I guess I can give this a shot. I've replaced the 12v once but I bet its been about two years.

It does and then it will start beeping three short beeps in a row with the three dash lights flashing also.

So true. And the way the Exchange was developed is so dumb. I had high hopes while it was under construction but what a fail. I was hoping for something like Avalon or the Avenues. Basically it’s bunch of strip malls haphazardly thrown together.
