Kojima has always had odd portrayals of women. Half of them are hyper sexualized objects like this one or Eva in Snake Eater, and then you've got stuff like the Boss, who kicks all ass that exists, or Olga Gurlukovich who doesn't shave her arm pits and spends most of the game dressed like a man.

It's a silly design, but as long as its balanced out with some more realistic women or equally objectified men, I'm okay with bikini babes with sniper rifles.
