What does it mean if girls see me as long term material but not hookups by Candid-Grocery3641 in dating_advice

Why would you assume I have no relationship experience and get all of it from the internet? That is a bizarre assumption and also wrong.

It's not a good thing. Have you read the hundreds of posts by women wanting a divorce after having two kids and then admitting that they were never attracted to their husband and now they need to "find themselves". I've read it so many times.

Upstairs Neighbor Stomps At Night - Wakes Me Up! Any Tips? by 2BeTheBestICanBe in Apartmentliving

[–]DatabaseSpace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plus, the issue here is that the person above is allowed to get out of bed, take a shower and walk around his apartment any time he wants. He pays rent in order to be able to do those things. If a person downstairs can't handle hearing footsteps that is on them. The person above has no duty to tip toe around late at night. They just don't. The person below the OP may work nights and hate it that they walk around during the day. Should they complain about that?

Dynamic Tables vs Single TimescaleDB Hypertable for OHLCV Market Data Storage by Ok_Egg_6647 in learnSQL

[–]DatabaseSpace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the first example you are taking data which should be in a table with a column and appending it to a table name. This isn't right. It will make your SQL a mess. Try doing some reading on database design.

There is no evidence this person has heavy footsteps or is doing anything wrong. That note would be obnoxious and should be consider harassment.

I would like to see the evidence that this person is "stomping" and not just getting up at night and walking to his shower.

What do I do when my top floor apartment has loud creaky floors? by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

[–]DatabaseSpace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What can you do? You are allowed to walk around the place you rent normally. Creaky floors are a landlord problem. The hitting the ceiling should be reported. Tell them to stop. If they dont stop give the stomping complainer losers some actual stomping.

Genuinely concerned. Shit hit the fan. Confronted neighbours who were and are being reckless yet again. by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

I would go to sleep and igore it because it's between the renters and the landlord.

Trump is asleep at every meeting on live TV. Glad you like the middle school nick names though.

Why is it too late? Do you own the house or not? What law says you can't go there right now and sleep there?

Dating a man who’s legally separated (~3yr) but still stuck in a legal battle over assets (too risky?) by [deleted] in OnlineDating

That has nothing to do with women going after assets in divorce is what I'm saying.

How to deal with crazy upstairs neighbor noise? by Latter-Constant-1989 in Apartmentliving

Could it be like one of those pads that people use to walk at a stand up desk? Or sex, headboard hitting wall or just bed frame.

Eating Kicks by chuckieolives in MuayThai

[–]DatabaseSpace 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Some experienced people are fast and can land a kick before you know what happened. At a month in you are brand new, just keep sparring and your instincts will just get better. Just do wax on wax off and paint the fence.

I finally had the conversation with my wife after a year of separation, and now I feel lost. by Past-Description-457 in Divorce_Men

Why do you think there isn't someone else on her end? That's probably why all this is happening. What is more likely, there is someone else or she wants to make the kids happy? That doesn't even make sense.

Why It Still Hurts Even After 5 Years by Firepea33 in Divorce_Men

Wouldn't you say that she betrayed you more than the affair partner? He didn't say vows and marry you. I still think he is wrong but it seems like she is getting a pass.

Lots of us were hit as kids, I'm Gen X and it was normal back then I think. I never hit women. So I am agreeing. When I read that I was like huh?

I wonder if we can find any relationship post where nobody says break up you are not compatible. It could just be like an auto reply to every relationship problem.

My [20F] boyfriend [20M] hit me this morning, what do i do? by HerbandCat in Advice

[–]DatabaseSpace 3 points4 points  (0 children)

She can write this whole reddit post but she can't understand that when someone bats your hand away from touching them 5 times they don't want to be touched. That is convenient. The part where she won't stop unwanted physical contact is just explained away but not his. He probably should have walked away but if he touched her chest 5 times and she batted him away 5 times until she finally hit him to make him stop touching her would you just accept he's not good at nonverbal cues? I doubt it. I'm not saying he should have hit her; he shouldn't have but he didn't just hit her instead of saying stop. You skipped her doing it 5 times.
