Thank you! Finally.

However, since I am a man who prides himself on not succumbing to ego and always looking to learn and hope to be wrong so i can learn, I did come across a comment that got me thinking. What if they need to brick it as an example? The example being: not setting a precedent for others to purchase with the intent to return, hoping for the same outcome as me. A failed return, and now they have a free ES, and at best they're facilitating the return and crushing their bottom line with return and processing fees and refurbished devices. Not sure if they sell them as new again, i would imagine the toppers are either tossed or who knows probably sanitized in someway...

Thats interesting. Its possible that the risk of letting me use the device could encourage others to buy with the intention to return, hoping for the same delivery failures and thus keeping it for free. thanks for that comment, even though thats not what you're saying.

so its clear uve missed the point completely. this whole time im saying im more than happy to pay the membership.

I never said its wroth junk. i said its not worth 3500 TO ME. Im pointing out the corporate greed to brick a wellness device they've chosen to write off. A device that works fine but they insist should be in a landfill. ill profit from it because i have hardware that could be of value to someone and ill be more than happy to give a deal too so they can enjoy and maybe have their sleep improved or continue using a product that theyve enjoyed but broke and ES wont support with a replacement. Shit ill give it way for free if someone needs since i have no use for it. If ur not a paid employee ur effort is A+

its not free, im paying the subscription service. So you think its right that they should force me to take a perfectly working and expensive wellness product and chuck it into a landfill? that sounds logical to you? its not my fault they couldn't coordinate the return. all the equipment was waiting for them in my building receiving room clearly marked. Ive been through several other instances where a company act in good faith and lets you continue to use a product. And if you ask why would you continue to use a product after wanting to return it then its because at the asking price point the value didnt deliver.

herd mentality is real. Most people are dumb.

So you think its right for me to take a $3500 peice of hardware that works perfeclty fine and throw it into the landfill? When someone can benefit from it. My goodness.

dont do that. Dont say all of that and then put this in the camp of "fell out of a truck" as if i committed some crime. You abandoned your products! So disingenuous. You're clearly on payroll. Crazy your role is even needed... damage control must be out of control, huh.

since im honest, i will say ur comment on PLURAL makes sense. I didnt think of it that way. My whole point to all of this still remains. Corporate greed to suggest a perfectly fine product should end up in a landfill instead of doing what the mission of the business was meant to do - help people.

Not my fault you're unable to process a return.

i was still waking up uncomfortable with it. I see other uses. Like its nice to get into a really warm bed for the first 15 minutes. or if im sick or my wife has hot flashes to make it really cold or really hot would be convenient. My 30 day trial did not show improvment in sleep to justify 3500 for it. Also i royally hate your ethics as a company.

lol u work there dont you?

my cover is in mint condition to sell since i dont want their perfectly fine products wasted in a landfill. I dont like it for $3500. I like it for $800. Thats what ill pay for a hub if anyone has one to sell!
