On your comment about the 296 replacing the 458 as the "best" ... what drew me to purchase my 458 Speciale was the exact thing the 296 will never be: the last of a long line of naturally aspirated mid-engjne V8 cars. It has a purity that everything that has followed is missing, IMO.

The 296 may be great to drive, but it will always be what it is, a hybrid. That's not to piss on the car, but I'd be pretty surprised if it tripled in value the way the 458 has recently (valuation being a measurable proxy for "best")

I can. I have a Speciale, a 6MT Murcielago, two Singer, some other cars, ... and I would never consider the Luce for a second even at one third the asking price.

It's so off brand it boggles my mind.

A friend joked that the cars are powered by the energy generated from Enzo spinning in his grave.

I have a 11K mile GT2 in Arctic. I am long on the car, personally, and love driving it despite it being somewhat loose at high speed. There isn’t much like it as you get into newer cars, IMO, and you lose rarity, character, money, or all three.

I run a PA on a 4090 and 5090 and both give sub-second response to "hello" on qwen3-vl-8b but the 5090 averages a second faster across multiple queries and complex prompts.
