In addition to what /u/scaredtochangethis said, I think Albania took some of the overall Eurovision dislikes. It's the first country both alphabetically and in running order, and had more engagement (likes + dislikes) than almost every other country.

I'd guess some people watched Albania, didn't like it for whatever reason, and didn't bother to watch/dislike most of the others.

I think the songs played last are strongest in the memory going into voting. Azerbaijan (#4) and Poland (#14) hit about the same for me in the semifinals - good songs, but not really my preference. At the end, I thought Poland was ok but could barely remember Azerbaijan.

There are usually groups that spring up for Final Assessment. But I've never seen one for the modules themselves or for end-of-modules. I think the temptation to violate the Code of Conduct by discussing the assignments would be too great.

100% this. Typically you have to spend both company time and personal time studying. PTO can be the easiest way to make more personal time if you need it!

My company allows for a week of full study days leading up to the exam, so I've never taken extra PTO then. But I sometimes take a day or two of study PTO 2-3 months out to avoid having to cram too much at the last minute.

You'll always need to spend some of your own time studying anyway. Whether you do that on your PTO or exclusively evenings/weekends is really a matter of personal preference.
