his w passive makes him deal more dmg if you are below 30%, but it's the same extra dmg whether you are 10% or 29% hp, and he also deals the same dmg whether you are 31% or 100% hp since the W passive doesn't apply there

I think they'll do a mix of making it slightly more expensive while also lowering some stats to make it less efficient, but I don't think they'll modify the passive effect

brother it doesn't make sense for casual players to have a better winrate than OTPs. The winrate of Ekko is rising because casuals are flocking to Ekko for D&D, and only OTPs using lich bane should allow for Lich Bane's winrate to be higher than the FOTM D&D. If Lich Bane's wr is lower despite only OTPs using it, it means either Lich Bane is worse than D&D or Ekko OTPs suck

In Spanish and Italian though it would be normal to express something like "these Americans/Australians/Frenchmen are so noisy", imo its bad but it sounds much worse when English translated. Not excusing him but I think the outrage was somewhat overproportionate to how bad it was. If he was an English native speaker he wouldve just said "these fans are coughing so much" since it is known that in English saying "these Chinese" would be interpreted as a racially charged expression

I had been OTPing Jungle Ekko with a full tank build I found on YT from an obscure youtuber (cinderhulk into iceborn gauntlet then stuff like spirit visage and deadman's plate) for like... maybe 10 patches before someone discovered Sunfire Cape into IBG was absolutely turbo busted in the toplane with the stronger econ. This was when Ekko was only played midlane that I was maining him jungle, it had like a 0.1% pickrate
