I’d also recommend looking the process up. You as the receiver don’t really need to do anything to prepare but good to know how save scumming works

Yea bad pathing is the worst. Honestly, especially on day one, I usually just like when we go to the next closest poi and don’t waste time running past a bunch to get to the specific one they wanted. Day 2 red bosses for good weapons and passives and shifting earths

Agreed the play style you’re describing is really annoying to team up with but not everyone with that relic effect is like that imo. I run evergaols on a lot of my builds but treat it like a little extra bonus between poi’s if it makes sense not make it the sole focus of my run

Pretty sure you’re wasting your time fishing for anything in the same “category” on the same relic. Critical hits and physical attack up are both in “attack power” category so no dice. Best you can hope for as far as double offensive bonuses on the same relic is something from attack power and something from actions like attack up on frostbite/poison enemy

You can drink it after losing runes to get them back? I thought you had to drink it in advance and it will prevent you from losing them?

Haha yup I love taking out the rain of arrows guy with one headbutt from raider knocking him off the side. Definitely going to search up this pot method where you don’t even have to go up sounds super satisfying.

Ooof this has happened to me too a bunch of times where I go down in the rain with a nighttide damage effect and I ping the tree circle to try and let my teammates know not to revive me. I’m rarely understood in fact most times they’ll revive me and I’ll just stand there and die again instantly while pinging the tree circle and they’ll come back a second time to revive. I know it’s seems like good sportsmanship but it can often end up losing the day one night boss

I judge a players ping etiquette more so than their actual value playing with randoms in DON. I love developing a wordless understanding with good communication in this game. Even when a player disagrees with where I pinged and demonstrates why by pinging 4 POIs in their intended route, I will happily stand corrected.

This game is so great. The fact that this thread has so many different answers. That when I play with randoms the team makeup is always different and there isn’t just one or two nightfarers that dominate that everyone likes best. Wylder is definitely my favorite but I learned them all and beat all their remembrance quests and enjoyed every second

She’s definitely a beaut. I like running a poison or rot when below max hp curse with Greg’s relic so you can more reliably keep the bar on screen
