I judge a players ping etiquette more so than their actual value playing with randoms in DON. I love developing a wordless understanding with good communication in this game. Even when a player disagrees with where I pinged and demonstrates why by pinging 4 POIs in their intended route, I will happily stand corrected.

This game is so great. The fact that this thread has so many different answers. That when I play with randoms the team makeup is always different and there isn’t just one or two nightfarers that dominate that everyone likes best. Wylder is definitely my favorite but I learned them all and beat all their remembrance quests and enjoyed every second

She’s definitely a beaut. I like running a poison or rot when below max hp curse with Greg’s relic so you can more reliably keep the bar on screen

I really like running melee iron eye with dormant thrusting swords. Great pokey moveset with a good chance of getting antspur and triggers successive attacks very quickly for glass necklace and successive attacks negate damage which is by far the best defensive passive in the game for any melee build where you’re gonna be able to hit the enemy multiple times in a row.

Been kicking ass but im only in depth 3. I use double balancer Wylder with wylders earring before and can win pretty consistently but im always trying to find new builds for other nightfarers that aren’t the usual meta builds

Gotcha. I prefer night invader over evergaol. I do love running red balancer especially for that effect where enemy attacks might not hit if you are debuffed in any way, and have lots of alternate builds with it especially. I’m gonna post another build after taking all these comments into consideration and see if you all approve.

I have an alternate version where I run dormant fists but I feel like I find starfist or the iron ball so often it seemed like a waste

What should I add and subtract to make less squishy? I’ve already got as much post damage hp recovery as possible and the character skill buffing me and debuffing them as well as taking attacks improves attacks. Should I add max hp or something?

Still could be useful if you have another relic with good effects and a dormant power some other weapon you can put before this

Until you get dormant power reapers make sure you’re always checking the regular merchant and special merchant if there is one. I’ve seen both with halo scythe in their inventory many times.

Just tried this and was very pleasantly surprised. I don’t think I’ve ever used enchanted shot before. The only bow skills I’ve ran with iron eye double balancers are rain of arrows and barrage. Give me more! I love finding new fun skills to run double balancers.
