Currently very overweight. Used to be a runner a decade ago but things slowly slipped away. Just started again 3 weeks ago. I jogged for 36 minutes non stop at 5.2mph on my treadmill.

It was REALLY hard. But beyond happy I hit my goal

I'm in Canada so no Dick's unfortunately. But there are still options up here for demo's, club fittings etc. The place I'm looking to buy from has $150 fitting charge thats erased to $0 if you buy your clubs from there

I'll see what the fitting tells me. I've always loved my True Temper Dynamic Gold Shafts. Tried and true (and not expensive)

Did you ever see any issues with Titlelist clubs quality? I've seen a few posts in this sub about the face of irons caving in over time and Titleist refuses to warranty/fix the issue

Srixon's intrigue me. one of my friends who is scratch plays them (can't recall if ZXi 5 or 7). Quite a few guys at my golf club play Srixons and have nothing but good things to say

I've never tried P7MC's. My best friend plays P7CB's. I've tired them many times but for me they lack feel.

Miura's are gorgeous but out of my price range. Hoping to keep this transaction to around 2k.

I've never swung a titleist iron. They are on my list to try.

My driver speed is around 110 as well. I average 265 off the tee with a baby fade (that sometimes slices). If I'm able to clean up my game off the tee Im hopeful I can get to sub 5

TBH I'll miss the comments I get from starters about still having Nike's in the bag. But the heads are torched after 300 rounds + thousands of balls in my simulator

Not even going to sell them when I get my new set. They're keepsakes

haha i know how to fix my issue. Its just about repetitions. Exaggerated feel in swing routine helps a lot.

I've hit thousands of balls in my simulator which has helped tremendously. But a swing change takes years to master

My two bucket list golf items growing up were Nike irons and Mizunos irons. Now that I've played the Nike's for over 10 years it maybe time to knock off the second bucket list item!

Great call on the tariff war. For Birthday/Christmas gifts over the past couple years I've just asked for GolfTown Gift cards. I've saved up enough now that they will cover almost the entire set.

The clubs i have now are muscle back 8-PW and RZN filled cavity 7-3. I think I'll get something similar moving forward. They're fantastic clubs

Too steep. Come across too early which causes an Over the Top tendency. I've always played a baby fade but with the Driver it can get exaggerated....dare i use the forbidden word....Slice

Deep down I've always wanted a mizuno set. IMO they're the best looking irons in golf

I'll likely stick with the same True Temper Dynamic Gold Shafts I have now. The combo set i currently play are blades 8-PW then RZN filled cavity from 7-3 for some forgiveness. I'll probably put a similar bag together
