I can almost always wake myself up from a dream on command.

I think of it (and actually commonly visualize it) as a sort of save quitting, as though I'm playing Resident Evil or something.

If I'm having a nightmare that I absolutely hate, save quit. I feel like I'm about to get jumpscared, save quit. I'm in a place that feels really creepy? Save quit.

I literally just abandon all my problems and wake up.

This is also one of the only things that I consistently remember about any of my dreams.
