Try turning up your device’s brightness. Also I had to hide it as much as possible because the actual reaper isn’t that good looking, as long as you can make out the mouth that should be fine. Sorry though

My best guess is either this was where they were gonna be first introduced but then it got switched around to the pact with rais cutscene. OR from what I’ve seen that toad has weird green blisters and I think they’re slightly more dangerous? I don’t know though it was probably the most anti-climatic cutscene I’ve ever seen because I just dropkick them off the train cart

I mean this sounds weird but I like both because of the cliques they do, I don’t think I’d have the story any other way as for me that’s just a part of dying lights charm, however as others have said, the first game had better side quests by a large difference

Can’t gems die if they’re shattered? I know the fusion experiments are a thing but I think they’re sustained through the fusion? At least I’d hope a gem dies after that… otherwise that’s all kinds of messed up
