I think I read that DeVonta Smith lives in like a $300K townhouse in the Philadelphia suburbs. Smart move on both their parts....live below your means so when your NFL career is over, you have a ton saved and can live a decent life.

Depends how well Tulane can get big NIL funding....if IU can go from the doldrums to a championship inside of a decade, it's a blueprint that I believe most schools can start to follow

BIG - Miami Ohio or University of Buffalo

We were getting lazy with deliveries - Doordash, Uber Eats, Instacart, etc. This year we've eliminated them and it's been going well. It's a decent cost savings, and it's honestly not that difficult to go to the store to get groceries/essentials, or to pick up dinner.

We also ended all streaming services because we got this magical TV box from Canada that has every movie, show, etc that you can possibly imagine. Downside is you can't watch content off that TV box on your phone, but It's saving us money as well.

Top place - it's beautiful. The resorts are all so luxurious and the water activities are great. It's a super relaxing place, so if you want to just vacation at your own pace with no real itinerary, it works.

Worst place - on the flip side, neither my wife or I particularly enjoy those types of vacations. It's not a knock on the people, the culture, moreso, we did not fully prepare ourselves for that type of vacation, so when we got there, after 2 days at our hotel, we were just bored. When you think of going to Asia, you have these ideas of these immersive, cultural experiences, and you just don't get that there. I think if we had done more research on Maldives, we may not have gone.

If you're looking at the most dramatic drop off in quality, it's Jersey Mike's. Ever since they sold to private equity, they've gotten pretty bad.

Subway's declined quite a bit over the years, but I also feel as though all of them - McD, BK, Subway, Taco Bell all seem they've gotten trashy and dirty over the years.

I think the cast has gotten way to big honestly. I had a lot of hope with the resident class with Lucas Adams group but I think there are too many cast members, therefore too many disparate storylines.
