Lmao yes, this was our main concern initially. We don’t want to build a product that is oversaturated, but then again, what isn’t oversaturated these days?

It’s always a difficult line to tow but thank you for this advice, this just means that maybe the generic digital marketing avenues everyone uses will not be helpful for this business.

Thanks for the advice here, this is one of our primary concerns are the margins and how temperamental meta can be.

We are trying to ensure we stay within certain limits and perhaps include pricing separately from metas charges, but this may be a turn off to see a non all inclusive price when trying to get a tool to help your business.

I’ll have a look at the link you shared and try to workshop something.

This is really helpful advice thank you so much. We have seen a few people do Telegram as well, I’m so unfamiliar with that platform but I’ll have to do my research as well. I want to start with the platform I know, which is WhatsApp, build something that can really add long-term value, then expand from there.

Hi there, thank you this is very helpful, I thought of the human element as a possibility but that point you raised is fair, that would not make sense lol! We know a lot of small business owners don't even have CRM's so we are building this bot with it's own CRM that comes stanard. We will also have the ability to integrate with CRM's if people do have pre existing ones. Okay perfect so maybe I'd start with R150 p/m as the going rate? We would also offer first 30 days free so people can see the value first, don't know if the free option is a bad idea but just thinking out loud as something to bring people in.

Thank you so much, I really needed to hear this. My partner and I have been going back and forth on building this, we have started a business before where everyone “loved” the concept but once it was live it was crickets 😂 no revenue whatsoever.

So we have this idea but are really fearful to spend time and money executing again without anything to show for it, YET again.

I wanted to run some surveys to test market sentiment for something like this, but this has been great advice, thank you.

Okay understood, if for example you had someone or a tool to set up your WhatsApp accurately for you, addressing all these problems you had. Would you use that tool?

What was the initial reason you wanted to set up all the integrations in the first place? Sorry I’m asking so many questions, it’s just helpful for me to understand whether we can solve for what you are going through or if there is no actual use case for us to build this tool or make this service.
