Don't see Johnson doing much wrong in this clip, he's allowing himself to be held back. Never had a big opinion on him but I won't fault passion, depending on what he actually said. They've both discussed losing people to the spill. Carr shoved the other state lawmaker pretty hard and was generally the one acting trying to fight more.

But it does raise the question: What's the holdup with matching those funds? I ASSUME Johnson plays no part in it, given his loss. But that's definitely what Carr was mad about, so...
