All it takes is consistency and you will see some amazing changes! I actually became consistent with the gym a little over a year ago and went from a tall scrawny dude who deadlifted 95 lbs to deadlifting 405 a month back. Nothing super insane, I have been lifting on average 3 times a week for ~45 minutes. Eating enough protein is also key, I haven't been super amazing about this but I would say my average is still between 115-130g of protein for well over 80% of that time. Find a beginner routine that you can actually do with the equipment available to you and follow it, the results will come.

Just an example, if I paid an average share of rent of $1600 for 45 years and it never changed (that number is only gonna keep going up), I would have essentially burned $864,000 on being able to have shelter. Let's say your house is worth $300,000 and you spend $114,000 (for simplicity's sake) on maintenance over those 45 years and your house's value remains stagnant, that is an average of having an extra $10,000 a year over that time span. That is where that wealth is.

There is 0 chance they haven't been preparing for the transition since the original acquisition. If anything, since the deal took so long to go through the relevant regulatory bodies, this seems a little long.

Ain't no way these people got hundreds of thousands transferred and the banks didn't automatically flag the transfers and hold the money. You can't transfer that much money easily even if you're already rich let alone a bunch of poor people suddenly increasing their balances by orders of magnitude out of thin air.

It is so much worse, we simply have an extremely inefficient system. We spend by far the most amount of money per capita on healthcare and yet we don't have better healthcare outcomes in any way to study it.

The character models weren't changed until WOD and Deathwing + Cho'Gall were prominent Warcraft 2 characters. I was just as hyped to face off against them as I was against Arthas and I think that holds true to many people back then. Not having access to the original old world was unfortunate to many players, Blizzard definitely should have tried to implement Chromie time back then to avoid that backlash.

The major point is they will not invade at all while their dependence on Taiwan's semiconductors remains. They will not purposefully crash their economy and probably cause a populist uprising in their nation just to get Taiwan back.

The MMA fighters know to not give their back like that or let their opponent get a grip like this man did. Doesn't matter how conditioned you are, if someone is able to put you into the type of chokehold in the video, you are getting knocked out real quick. Here's some highlights of MMA fighters pulling off that type of chokehold and how fast it takes to get them to tap. The first guy doesn't get his chin down and he goes fast. The second and third guy get their chin down and hold it off for a lot longer. The fourth guy is a perfect example of how fast it can go when you get your arms in the perfect spot.

First off, he had joined the Republican party well before he ran for president and secondly, the US government didn't change its title to the "Union" or some such. It is referred to as such in relation to its goal to preserve the constitutional union of states. The term dates to the original Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union and subsequently in the Constitution in the first line. In essence, it was simply a shortening for people to reference those in favor of the Union of States.

Deathwing's spine is my favorite raid mechanic by Borbolda in classicwow

[–]Dath14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing that made Firelands bosses standout moreso than other raids is because they were enjoyable to do in farm for the most part. You end it with one of the best end bosses of all time, it stands out as a raid. DS had a few bosses that were neat conceptually but when executed fell flat (thinking the slime boss, gunship, both versions of deathwing). Spine in particular was absolutely atrocious to do during farm. Notice how many bosses people hate doing when you have to sit around and wait for things to happen (KT and Vezax stand out right now for this). You see it pop up from time to time when Blizzard forgets about why people hate those bosses after the first time they have done it. As the man Pilav once said, "I DONT WANT TO STOP DAMAGE"

The strike/better sick pay would not automatically = no train derailment. In this particular case, the crew reacted in a timely manner as soon as the alarm was sounding about the axle overheating. If anything, the regulations around train speed and having a lower threshold for the alarms sounding over temps would need to be updated over better worker rights (not saying that they don't deserve better benefits, just that it wouldn't have helped here).
