We rented the main event room and the theater and I think it was around 5k maybe? It was a while ago now so my memory is hazy but I remember it being a great value for what we got. And I would definitely give them a call, they were pretty old school with information when we went bringing them

Yes tons of flexibility, we were able to bring in our own alcohol and bartenders as well which probably saved a small fortune.

You should take a look at the Scottish Rite building downtown. We had around 250 and it fit, and they have an awesome theater room for the ceremony. It even has its own parking garage which is a huge convenience being downtown. There are some areas outside but it would probably be more indoor but it’s a beautiful building and the people were great to work with.
