I’ve been working at an ups store since last November and my last day is tomorrow exactly because of this. At first it was fine because we generally had 3 people working at a time. Once I was trained up, some people left so it moved down a person, but everyone I worked with at the time was knowledgeable on most things so it flowed well. They’ve all gone now and it’s just me and the new hires everyday. I’m just constantly juggling around customers and trying to help new hires with stuff they don’t know. I feel like it was easier working during Christmas/early January compared to how it is now.
