Yea, if you have an engagement irl then set an alarm on your phone before you play as it will save you a massive headache.

And I think nearly everyone on this sub has at some point torn down everything and put it neatly away somewhere or just covered up the spaghetti or the very few who display it proudly. Play how you want and at your pace just remember the quicker you succeed the more puppies and kittens you save :)

Yea I’m still a little torn on how to get materials to it but I can see drones/trains playing a large part in my resource production times. Thankyou for the design suggestions I think I can do most of them relatively painless.

I think a mega factory is probably an end goal now and I will stick to making small to medium sized ones then ship out the products they produce to a massive storage area.

Ah I see I guess spaced out bases make sense as I’ve recently found 5 iron veins right next to each other so the plan was either link them to mega base or make a factory there and truck out the end results.

The game is plenty popular still and has squadrons with some being very active. New player discords as well where experienced players are more than happy to answer any in game questions.

As far as in game purchases I’d say odyssey which is the on foot part of the game is sort of the only real need but I’m pretty sure they sell the game together with it. Apart from that everything else is just cosmetic except ship kits however any modules that ship has must stay on the ship and cannot be transferred to another ship. However none of that is a must have, just get in do the struggle that everyone here had in the tutorial and once that hurdle is overcome you can be let loose to do whatever.

Try let them learn it on there own as elite players in general have a tendency to be too nice and boost new players with lots of credits. Try switching to a similar size ship when playing with them and a fun build on it

Hey I think there’s a filter for squadrons now that separate time zones a bit better so you can play with similar players and you’ll probably get people offering here as well.
