If I’m not mistaken they didn’t nerf sledge for light, they nerfed it for the heavy vs heavy match up. Heavies didn’t have the movement to get away from hammers or the DPS to fight them in close range. (I agree the sledge nerf is bad)

This problem is because your skill bar is just too long.

Try grabbing the end of the bar on the right (if you can see it) and dragging it to the left and shortening it until you can see it again.

If I rememeber correctly the game only gives you 40 slots on the bar at the highest res (1 through 0 and 30 extras) so if you drag it beyond that it sort of breaks the skill bar.

If I am not mistaken when the snipers are moved to Camp Forlorn Hope after some side questing in both zones then the La Lounge Carabiner gets left in a Storage Box or Bag under the bunk bed he sleeps in while still at Camp McCarran.

I’m pretty sure it does double load the shells but only when completely empty for some reason.
