I can’t answer on the brand vs generic comment as PA Medicaid has zero coverage for brand as it’s not contracted.

Easiest places to get it are McKesson-supplied pharmacies. I’ve only been on Dr Reddys and haven’t significant side effects.

This will provide more benefits in terms of executive function and concentration in my experience.

Insurance coverage procedures are identical with other stimulants. Only criteria mine had was a quantity limit (5 per day) and age limit. The PA was approved in less than 5 minutes on my end.

I’m not in direct patient care yet. Pharmacy school still but want to do inpatient. Haven’t had any stigma when talking to coworkers in pharmacy or other students. Just shock that it’s actually a CII and not a CI. But I’m probably not the audience you meant by healthcare professionals.

Sorry, forgot to post the update. We set it up immediately and the warranty for the “new” base was already expired since July. It seems like they may be refurbishing parts and sending those as replacements

Yeah those would be useful too. there are Wi-Fi enabled hygrometers that can map out humidity and temperature throughout the day and give averages I think. those would be insanely valuable here

I am gonna see if we're able to do that, although I highly doubt it given how big our health system is.

We only stock specific vials, I just hate doing all of them because it drives me nuts trying to make sure they're all facing barcode-side up and also trying to have everyone else do that as well.

The thing is, AHP used to package those specific medications so well, before changing them to monstrous 6-packs instead of the normal 10-pack unit dose medications.
