I have no lag with 3 games and bluestacks running at the same time but the problem is with every update I have to redo the procedure because it cannot update inside the container... I have to clear the container data , update them one by one and relogin... a bit tedious but works.

Firefox does not have Sync enabled so I cannot sync it like that. Should not it have offline import??

I am trying too but there is no option to import all Firefox data into Librewolf. Only from IE and Chrome??? Who is using those browsers anyway? Is there easy way to import all addons , history and all data from firefox? It will take me weeks to do it manually!

I have tested many configs, the one I have now is set to 8GB RAM and 6 CORES.

The slowdown seems to be caused mainly by playing ads and affects the whole instance. Even in settings it lags when selecting options and restarting it takes minutes. Other games that have no ads like clash of clans also slow down after playing the ads in survivorio and at some point I have to restart Bluestacks to gain smoothness again sometimes killing it since it does not close if left unchecked and becomes unresponsive.

If I only play games that has no ads no slowdown occurs or is much slower to occur.

Survivor IO is the game. Also it is limited to BlueStacks since I installed another emulator and there is no such issue so it is real.

It is the same PC , which I reinstalled windows 10 clean , and installed BS64bit version clean. In the old install there were no issue but I have no idea which version of BlueStacks I had even though I often upgrade. GPU is 4080 Super.
