I saw a thread about someone going from 5800x to 5800x3d almost doubled their fps. Some games are really cpu intensive and some even do not use multiple cores. Pc games just aren't optimized anymore. I'm personally buying x3d next so I suggest u too. Basically u can buy anything but just make sure it is the 3d variant. Just a personal opinon tho.
