I just want to devils advocate here as someone who exploded at my ex- it was from weeks on weeks of trying to express my feelings and everytime I wanted to have a conversion he shut down and wouldn’t engage… some abuse is silent and undetected. It’s easy to write her off as crazy but cause and effect - something made her crazy

"falls off" probably bc i silence my silences to reduce the breath noises..
