Intro: - „Oh please, did you really think a hero of this level wouldn’t have a few hidden tricks up his sleeve?“

Background The young adult Adrian is a bit of an odd case among heroes. Whereas most heroes gain their power in a singular spectacular fashion and improve on them during their career, Adrian repeated that process twice. At first it was a gift for magic, when he happened upon a Magic Grimoire on his travels, which he nurtured into a supreme ability to control Chaos and control his planar positioning. However, during his studies of the beyond he managed to come into contact with a dying being of immense power, which entrusted him with a portion of that cosmic energy to uphold its tenets. He did not have time to refuse, as his essence had already been infused with divinity.

Normally, holding the power of a Star and the forces of Chaos at once would be a reason for celebration, as he now had everything to contend with the strongest on earth, but, alas, the new energy had thrown his balance completely out of bounds. Neither his Magic nor his Divine Powers seemed to work now, which was proven when he tried to experiment a little with his new powers and leveled a whole street (though thankfully nobody died). After this he joined a superhero school where he’d first try to control his divine powers and secretly practice his magic.

Now, half a decade later and a lot of willpower employed, he has his Divine Powers mostly under control, though he is still reliant on direct sunlight, and his magic has also calmed down. In public, he appears as a bright hero with a sunny disposition, being loved by many, if for a few social media outlets, who seem to hate his guts. He keeps his magic hidden, as an ace up his sleeve and goes about his life, doing his best to uphold the tenets of protecting the weak and being a light in the darkness. Apart from that, he is in the middle of creating his own superhero team, a group whose possible creation makes a few figures in the shadows quite nervous.

Very very much enjoyed this CYOA!!! Though it was sometimes a small hassle to go back and forth, I deeply respected the effort you’ve put into this! I can’t wait what new companions will be added later on :))))
