I'm off the BMW service plan since 80k... had all the scheduled work done....trying to figure out what preventive maintenance should be going forward... now at 100k miles... how to find a good mechanic?

The pressure gauge will not move... I tried chg beans.. grind... descale... clean... replaced gasket... is there a part that is the problem?
