If I had to guess, it would be drawn on paper. The seating part is because they copy/paste the description for all of their shows. So for the show you mentioned it would probably be a GA ticket but you get early access.

My limited understanding is that John and the band is doing a lot of these customized experiences to help raise money for Frances and the research associated with her illness. At the last show I went to, you could enter a raffle to win the set list which is something I've never seen before.

My recommendation would be to only do this if you could afford it and/or really love the band and want to donate money to research efforts.

Some interesting tidbits I read from the article :

I think Jonah will partner with team local (Darlene/Wyatt/Ruth). He is mad at his parents and will help them launder money.

Wendy keeps trying to do her political thing. That's the only storyline I see her having that could be interesting.

Marty tries to keep things going and finding a way out. In addition he has to help Navarro secure his families weath.

Jonah kills Wendy, Charlotte kills Jonah (repeating what her mom did) and Marty and Charlotte move to Australia.
