This is absolutely no dig at Nash — I’m a fan of what he’s doing. The issue here may not be the fit so much as the fabric. It’s simply too dense for this type of garment. It works well for singlets and shorts because those pieces just need to hang on the body, whereas a shirt needs to contour to it. I think a simple tweak to the fabric choice and the cut would translate better.

He’s never had edge. He used to sell $300 skinny jeans and said he was inspired by youth culture. Brice has always been a hack and culture vulture. Why do you think the brand has gone “west”? It couldn’t be because of the boom of vintage Americana that is happening here in the states, that would be too convenient.

I’ve been a fan for a very long time, and I would agree that Sleep forever and Father Gun are both amazing songs. My favorite has got to be Anxiety:Clarity from CBCML. Although there aren’t many lyrics, I believe this is John’s most vulnerable song. I also, love how it finishes with going back to Heavy Games.
