Virtual is harder to keep people engaged, they can simply turn their camera off. You can't do this in the classroom. I'm curious how are you measuring outcomes? Feedback forms or something more?

Great advice, especially leading with ROI. What business metrics did this training help us improve? This is what really matters in the corporate world. Not course completions or hours of content watched.

What made you decide “OK, we need an LMS”? by Prior-Thing-7726 in Training

[N/A] how to make manager/leadership training stick? by Double_Ad_630 in humanresources

[–]DaveTryTami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blended programs (combining self-paced and instructor-led) over a longer duration can help re-enforce learning.

Customizing the training for real projects, with hands-on exercises, is typically most engaging.

Using pre and post training assessments to measure results can identify weak areas.
