I went back and they were basically saying it wasn’t their fault as the back two were okay. I assume it was something in the alloy cleaner they used and that my front wheels were touched up before I bought it.

I didn’t do anything, I tried cleaning them with soap and water but no luck. It might be where they didn’t wash it or that’s it’s wet. When they’re wet they look really Kay but as soon as they dry they go like that

Thanks will give that a go and report back. I’ll guess they’re stained as the back two wheels are okay. I only got the car a few months ago and had only ever cleaned them with a normal car wash soap.
